- Blend the mango chunks, lemon juice, and sugar together until smooth and frothy.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any fibrous bits.
- Pour the mango concentrate into a pitcher. Add cold water and stir to combine.
- Adjust sweetness or tang by adding more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
- Chill the Mango Panna in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with crushed mint leaves for that refreshing aroma.
