Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Ripe mango Ripe mango chunks (about 2 medium mangoes)
  • 3 Cup Water Cold Water
  • 2 tbsp Llemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 tbsp Sugar (or sugar-free sweetener to taste)
  • 0.5 tbps cumin powder roasted
  • Black salt Pinch of black salt (kala namak)
  • Mint Leaves Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Blend the mango chunks, lemon juice, and sugar together until smooth and frothy.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any fibrous bits.
  3. Pour the mango concentrate into a pitcher. Add cold water and stir to combine.
  4. Adjust sweetness or tang by adding more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
  5. Chill the Mango Panna in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with crushed mint leaves for that refreshing aroma.
