Order Cancellation Rights

– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.

– For Prepaid orders: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Replacing Goods

If you wish to replace the goods, you must inform our team of the reason for the replacement.

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you come across any situation where you received, Damaged or Defective ProductsIncorrect Items DeliveredExpired ProductsMissing ItemsProduct Not as Described or Order Error, you are be eligible for a replacement/refund. Please review the terms below.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Orders approved by OTP at the time of delivery will not be eligible for refunds. Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package before approving the delivery.
  • Refunds will only be issued under the condition that a valid reason for replacement/refund has been communicated to and accepted by our team.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized Goods.
  • Goods that are expired or have been unsealed due to health or hygiene concerns.
  • Goods sold during promotional sales or marked as “non-refundable.”
  • Packages that were visibly damaged from the outside at the time of delivery but were accepted by the customer despite the damage or issue. Customers are strongly advised to reject delivery if the package is damaged externally.

Refund Process

Once it is ensured that the conditions are being met for a refund, we will process it. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment:

  • For prepaid orders: The refund will be credited to the same account or payment method used during the purchase.
  • For COD orders: A bank transfer will be arranged. You will need to provide your bank account details for the refund process.

We will initiate your refund no later than 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods.

Force Majeure and Refunds: 

Refunds will not be processed for delays or issues arising due to acts of God (e.g., natural disasters) or other unforeseeable circumstances. The Company retains the right to suspend refund obligations under such conditions.
